Pricing
CONSULTATION: $150.00 for an hour consultation. A list of suggestions is provided to the seller and/or realtor. The seller may choose to do many tasks on their own, require assistance with some aspects of staging, or need comprehensive services. Savvy Staging will assist in as little or as much as the client prefers. Proposals will be provided for renting furniture and/or contracting reliable vendors for home services such as painting, landscaping & repair work. Payment is due at the completion of the service. Additional hours are billed at $100/hr.
OPTION 1: $100/hr with a rental fee of $50/month if using Savvy Staging inventory items (accessories and small decor). Items will be removed promptly upon sale completion of the property.
OPTION 2: $100/hr with a rental fee of $50/month for Savvy Staging inventory (accessories and small decor). $100/hr to enlist shopping services for new decor items. Payment is due in advance of new purchases by providing cash or credit.
OPTION 3: $100/hr to complete full staging. A proposal will be provided based on the consultation. Rental furniture/accessory costs are contracted between the seller and a chosen vendor. Savvy Staging will provide assistance in selection and process completion; installation and removal supervision.
